Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach | Educator | Facilitator | Parent
I’ve had what I like to call a non-linear career. Early on, though, one thing quietly shaped every chapter that followed: the CliftonStrengths® framework.
As a teacher in my twenties, I took the assessment and, for the first time, had language for what gave me energy and how I naturally showed up each day. That understanding followed me through roles in elementary education, corporate training, sales onboarding, and eventually working with organizations across the country to help individuals and teams understand and apply their strengths.
Along the way, this work taught me some important things about myself.
I learned that my energy and enthusiasm can motivate others — and that sometimes the most supportive thing I can do is pause the optimism and simply listen.
I learned that I make decisions quickly and instinctively — and that I’m strongest when I partner with people who naturally slow the process, anticipate risk, and bring balance.
Those insights didn’t just help me professionally. They changed how I showed up as a teacher, a leader, a partner, and a parent.
After years of applying the CliftonStrengths® framework in coaching, leadership development, and real-world conversations, I became a Gallup-certified strengths coach.
I created the TrueYou Guide because I’ve watched too many capable, thoughtful people walk away from their results thinking,
“This sounds like me… but now what?”
This isn’t a report. It’s a coaching companion — the same questions, reflections, and frameworks I use in one-on-one sessions to help clients move from insight to action.
My approach is grounded in self-awareness, practical application, and a simple belief:
Growth doesn’t come from fixing yourself — it comes from understanding how you’re wired and choosing how you show up.
I’m glad you’re here, and I’d be honored to walk through this work with you.
